MonBlari LINGLONG Series Freestanding Bathtub Luxury Soaking Tub

MonBlari LINGLONG Series Bathtub — Illuminating the Soul of Oriental Craftsmanship

The MonBlari LINGLONG Series Bathtub stands as a poetic fusion of light, craftsmanship, and contemporary design. Winner of the Silver Award at the MUSE Design Awards, this collection embodies the timeless beauty of Chinese LINGLONG porcelain, a millennium-old art form that celebrates translucency, harmony, and the coexistence of solid and void. Each curve and detail of the bathtub carries forward this artistic legacy, transforming it into a modern expression of serenity and elegance for today’s bathroom spaces.

A Dialogue Between Light and Material

The core inspiration for the LingLong Series comes from the ancient art of LingLong porcelain carving, where artisans crafted fine perforations to let light pass through delicate porcelain walls. The bathtub mirrors this technique through intricate hand-inspired micro-carvings, allowing soft light to filter through its surface. As light interacts with these fine perforations, it creates an ever-changing interplay of brightness and shadow, evoking the profound Eastern philosophy of “seeing the vast world within a confined space.”

Innovative Material Fusion

At the heart of the design lies a pioneering combination of artificial stone and transparent resin, a material pairing that opens a new dimension in bathroom aesthetics. This unique fusion offers a dual visual expression: the artificial stone conveys strength, solidity, and smooth tactility, while the transparent resin introduces gentle luminosity and depth. Together, they achieve a balance between permanence and lightness — a sculptural form that feels both grounded and ethereal.

The solid and semi-translucent layers interact harmoniously, producing subtle gradients of brightness that enhance the bathtub’s elegant geometry. This breakthrough in material design redefines what modern bathroom surfaces can achieve, turning the bathtub itself into a luminous centerpiece of art and architecture.

Intelligent Light Experience

Embedded within the structure is an intelligent motion-sensing lighting system that gently awakens as the user approaches. The warm glow radiates through the delicate perforations, casting a mesmerizing pattern of floral shadows on the surrounding floor. The result is a tranquil, immersive experience — as if stepping onto a “path of flowers” illuminated by light. Beyond functionality, this feature transforms the act of bathing into a meditative ritual that connects the user to both tradition and technology.

Design Philosophy

The LINGLONG Series transcends its function as a bathtub, it is a manifestation of oriental wisdom in modern form. By merging handcrafted aesthetics with advanced material science, MonBlari has created a product that not only elevates bathroom design but also invites contemplation. Each piece serves as an elegant metaphor for harmony — between light and shadow, solid and void, tradition and innovation.

In every detail, the LINGLONG Series reflects MonBlari’s pursuit of purity, precision, and poetic beauty. It bridges past and present, turning the ancient Chinese art of LINGLONG porcelain into a living, tactile experience within the modern home — an embodiment of timeless artistry reimagined through modern design.
