At Monblari, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us at desaestra349@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
To request a return, you must contact us first at desaestra349@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Returns must be sent only to the return destination designated by us. Please do not send any item back without our prior approval and return instructions. Items returned to an address not designated by Monblari may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the designated return destination. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive the returned item at the designated destination and inspect it, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
We only replace or refund items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can review your case and provide a suitable solution.
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return in accordance with this policy after receiving it.
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including final sale items, gift cards, personalized items, intimate or hygienic goods, or any products marked as non-returnable, unless required by applicable law.
If your order is being shipped to Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by this policy. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, or rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
