At Monblari, our products are manufactured and dispatched from factories in China. Because each order requires production, international transfer, and final delivery, the total delivery timeframe is longer than standard domestic shipping.

After an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production usually takes approximately 20 business days. Once production is completed, the goods are transported to an overseas warehouse, which generally takes around 15 business days. After the order arrives at the overseas warehouse, final delivery to the customer usually takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the delivery location, carrier operations, and local conditions.

In most cases, the total estimated timeframe from order placement to final delivery is approximately 50–60 business days. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate only and may vary due to production schedules, peak seasons, public holidays, customs clearance, logistics disruptions, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We currently ship to Australia and may also offer shipping to selected other destinations where available. Shipping availability and applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at desaestra349@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production, warehouse transfer, or shipment.

Because our products begin production and fulfillment after an order is confirmed, orders may only be canceled before processing or production has started. Once an order has entered production, transfer, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping or handling charges may apply. Where permitted by applicable law, any refund issued in such circumstances may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return cost, and related handling fees.

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may apply depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country or region. Unless otherwise stated, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information will be provided where available after shipment. Please note that tracking updates may take time to become active after the parcel has been handed over to the relevant carrier or logistics provider.

If your order arrives damaged, appears lost, or has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us at desaestra349@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

If you are purchasing from Australia, nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
